Agreement

These Terms govern use of the Mipore website, account features, direct checkout, support channels, and files included with an eligible purchase. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Shipping, Refund and Returns, Product Safety, and Privacy policies.

Accounts and secure use

You must provide accurate account and delivery information, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not use the site to evade payment, abuse support, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted content, submit unlawful content, or access another person’s account, order, download, or data.

Products, compatibility, and availability

Product pages describe Mipo Hardware designed by Mipore, available options, system requirements, and included items. You must review the selected option, SKU, and requirements before ordering. Product images, specifications, availability, and descriptions may be corrected when a clear error is discovered; we will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

An availability-notification request for a product or SKU does not charge you, create an order, guarantee inventory, preserve a price, or require you to buy. You may cancel it before notification from the relevant product page.

Pricing, taxes, and order acceptance

Prices and checkout totals are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, promotion, and applicable tax calculations are determined on the server from the cart, destination, and active rules at checkout. Import duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage charges, and destination compliance costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Adding an item to cart or submitting a PayPal approval is a request to purchase, not unconditional acceptance by us. An order is accepted only when payment is captured, the order record is confirmed, and no fraud, stock, route, legal, or pricing issue prevents fulfillment. We may cancel and promptly refund an unaccepted order, including for availability, pricing, security, or shipping-route reasons.

Shipping, cancellation, and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy are part of these Terms. They describe dispatch estimates, address responsibilities, delays, cancellations, return instructions, voluntary returns, statutory consumer rights, and refunds. Mandatory consumer protections always take priority over an inconsistent contractual term.

Documentation and software updates

Mipore documentation is published for product use and troubleshooting. Eligible app or firmware updates may be offered through their designated update channels. A hardware purchase does not grant access to product source code, private repositories, CAD files, or printable 3D models, and does not grant rights beyond the product listing or an applicable third-party software license.

Disclaimers and limits

Mipo-Cat requires safe power, placement, and use as described in the Product Safety and Care Notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mipore is not responsible for incompatibility caused by an unsupported system, unauthorized modification, indirect or consequential loss, customs action, or carrier delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, refund, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use by posting a new effective date and version. The policy version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. For questions or legal notices, email support@mipore.com.
