Intended use

Mipo-Cat is a small indoor desktop companion device, not a children’s toy or a safety-critical device. Keep it away from children under 14 unless a responsible adult is supervising its use.

Power and placement

Use a stable 5V / 1A USB power source and a sound cable. Place the device on a dry, stable, ventilated surface away from liquids, open flame, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight. Stop using and disconnect it if the cable, connector, enclosure, or device becomes unusually hot or damaged.

Computer and service requirements

Mipo-Cat is designed to work with the 64-bit Mipore app on a supported Apple Silicon Mac or 64-bit Windows computer. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, internet access, and a supported third-party AI provider account or API credentials may be required for specific features. 3D-printed enclosure and modifications

The enclosure is 3D printed. Small layer lines, slight texture differences, or minor cosmetic variation can be normal characteristics of this production method and are disclosed on the product page before purchase. Cracks, missing parts, electrical faults, or damage that materially affects normal use should be reported to support.

Do not open, rewire, solder, or modify the device unless Mipore support has given specific instructions. Damage caused by an unsupported power source, disassembly, modification, moisture, impact, or improper use is not covered by our voluntary return policy. This notice does not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
